I was raised in a diving family where my father, Bengt Börjeson, was a pioneer in underwater exploration and film production. His major achievements were the documentaries ”Expedition Red Sea” 1955, ”Salvage of Vasa” 1959, ”Islands of the South Seas” 1963 and the discovery of the ancient shipwreck, ”Kronan” 1980. My father also designed his own underwater film equipment and later became specialised in hydroacoustics and remote operated ( ROV ) marine survey.
